We’re not a chain. We don’t want to be.
Every session is one-to-one or a two-person duo. That isn’t a capacity problem, it’s a deliberate choice, so the instructor can see every repetition.
We don’t try to make pilates complicated. What we do comes down to three things: correcting your posture, tying movement to breath, and building strength by lengthening muscles rather than shortening them.
Sessions are one-to-one or in a pair of two. Everyone starts from a different place: someone with shoulders rounded from a desk shouldn’t do the same programme as someone with hip imbalance from running. The first session is an assessment; the programme is built from there, not the other way round.
There are five pieces of equipment in the room: reformer, mat, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. Each opens a different movement and offers a different resistance, so most sessions use more than one.

Our name is three letters.
Each one is a promise.
- P
Posture
You learn to stack the vertebrae one by one. We undo what hours at a desk have written into the body.
- O
Oxygen
We tie movement to breath. Proper breathing engages the deep core and makes a session more than just exercise.
- L
Length
We build strength by lengthening muscles, not shortening them. The result: a taller posture and easier joints.
A street-level room full of daylight.
Not a basement, a glass frontage. No stairs to go down.
Wide glass frontage
Plenty of daylight, trees outside. Not a closed, airless basement room.
Soft floor
A covering that’s easy on feet and joints. Right for mat work and bare feet.
Wooden equipment
The reformers are wooden-framed, none of the coldness of plastic and metal.
Full range
Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel and wall bars, all in one room.
A separate waiting area
A corner to sit when you arrive early or after a session.
Changing room
A separate space with a full-length mirror and lockers.
One class is enough, the body tells the rest.
We assess in the first session and build the programme together. So you can see the studio and meet your instructor before joining.
